{"id":35135,"date":"2025-06-09T19:31:31","date_gmt":"2025-06-09T15:31:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/airsystems.ge\/shop\/product\/highway-noise-barrier-alphafon-hb\/"},"modified":"2025-06-09T19:34:11","modified_gmt":"2025-06-09T15:34:11","slug":"highway-noise-barrier-alphafon-hb","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/climatemaster.ge\/fr\/produit\/highway-noise-barrier-alphafon-hb\/","title":{"rendered":"Barri\u00e8re antibruit pour autoroute ALPHAfon \u2013 HB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La barri\u00e8re antibruit m\u00e9tallique ALPHAfon-HB est une solution hautement efficace de r\u00e9flexion acoustique (isolation des bruits a\u00e9riens) et d&rsquo;absorption acoustique pour la r\u00e9duction du bruit sur les autoroutes, les routes, les voies ferr\u00e9es et autres sources de bruit m\u00e9canique.<\/p>\n<p>ALPHAfon HB.S \u2013 Coques en t\u00f4le d&rsquo;acier sp\u00e9cial (COR-TEN)<\/p>\n<p>ALPHAfon HB.A \u2013 Coques en aluminium<\/p>\n<p>La barri\u00e8re antibruit m\u00e9tallique ALPHAfon-HB est fabriqu\u00e9e en t\u00f4le d&rsquo;aluminium ou en t\u00f4le d&rsquo;acier sp\u00e9cial (COR-TEN) sur la face ext\u00e9rieure et en t\u00f4le d&rsquo;aluminium perfor\u00e9e ou en t\u00f4le d&rsquo;acier sp\u00e9cial perfor\u00e9e (COR-TEN) sur la face source de bruit.<br \/>\nLes faces sup\u00e9rieure et inf\u00e9rieure de la barri\u00e8re sont profil\u00e9es (saillie \u2013 cavit\u00e9) afin d&rsquo;obtenir une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 acoustique parfaite et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la flexion.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur est rempli d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau absorbant acoustique, de la laine min\u00e9rale hydrofuge, de densit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9e, et recouvert d&rsquo;une fine toile de protection en laine de verre.<br \/>\nCe mur antibruit m\u00e9tallique offre une excellente r\u00e9sistance au temps et aux rayons ultraviolets. Hydrofuge, compos\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux incombustibles, il est facilement rempla\u00e7able si n\u00e9cessaire.<br \/>\nLa couleur standard des deux faces est le Ral 9002, mais les deux faces peuvent \u00eatre peintes dans n&rsquo;importe quelle couleur Ral pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences du projet.<\/p>\n<p>Le mur antibruit routier m\u00e9tallique ALPHAfon-HB r\u00e9pond \u00e0 toutes les exigences des normes europ\u00e9ennes EN 1793-1 et EN 1793-2 concernant la r\u00e9duction du bruit et le coefficient d&rsquo;absorption acoustique (param\u00e8tres acoustiques DLa et DLr).<\/p>\n<p>Installation<\/p>\n<p>Le mur antibruit routier ALPHAfon-HB s&rsquo;installe en glissant les panneaux dans un poteau profil\u00e9 m\u00e9tallique HE, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude structurelle (l&rsquo;utilisation de caches lat\u00e9raux en plastique sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us permet l&rsquo;installation du panneau dans des poteaux profil\u00e9s HE de diff\u00e9rentes tailles). Les faces sup\u00e9rieure et inf\u00e9rieure de la barri\u00e8re m\u00e9tallique doivent \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par des profil\u00e9s m\u00e9talliques appropri\u00e9s.
