La puissance d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du variateur de fr\u00e9quence est toujours d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique local, 50 Hz pour certains pays, 60 Hz pour d&rsquo;autres.<\/p>\n<p>La charge \u00e9lectrique d&rsquo;un ventilateur est proportionnelle \u00e0 sa vitesse au cube. Exemple\u00a0: si un ventilateur tourne \u00e0 pleine vitesse (1\u00a0500\u00a0tr\/min) et que la charge est de 100\u00a0kW, et qu\u2019il tourne \u00e0 mi-vitesse (750\u00a0tr\/min), la charge th\u00e9orique est de 12,5\u00a0kW. Soit une r\u00e9duction de 87,5\u00a0kW\u00a0! \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 les pertes d\u2019\u00e9nergie du variateur de fr\u00e9quence, principalement dues \u00e0 la chaleur, la charge pratique \u00e0 mi-vitesse est de 15\u00a0% par rapport \u00e0 la pleine vitesse, soit une \u00e9conomie de 85\u00a0%.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9bit d\u2019air d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par le ventilateur est lin\u00e9aire par rapport \u00e0 sa vitesse. \u00c0 mi-vitesse, le d\u00e9bit d\u2019air est donc deux fois plus faible qu\u2019\u00e0 pleine vitesse.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un tunnel de forage et de dynamitage, certains travaux ne n\u00e9cessitent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas un d\u00e9bit d\u2019air aussi important. Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9duire la vitesse du ventilateur pendant ces travaux\u00a0: le d\u00e9capage, le forage, le chargement, etc. Le forage et le dynamitage se d\u00e9roulent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement selon le cycle suivant\u00a0: le dynamitage commence. Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9capage, le d\u00e9capage commence, puis le forage et le chargement.<\/p>\n<p>Les recommandations de Swedfan pour une \u00e9conomie d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie maximale sont les suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s le tir, le ventilateur est d\u00e9marr\u00e9 et fonctionne \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime afin d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuer les fum\u00e9es de tir le plus rapidement possible (cela prend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 20 \u00e0 40\u00a0minutes).<\/p>\n<p>Une fois les fum\u00e9es de tir \u00e9vacu\u00e9es, le d\u00e9blaiement commence. Pendant cette op\u00e9ration, le ventilateur fonctionne \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime, car une grande quantit\u00e9 de gazole provenant des camions et des chargeuses pollue l&rsquo;air (cela prend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 90 \u00e0 150\u00a0minutes). Une fois le d\u00e9blaiement termin\u00e9, le d\u00e9capage, le forage et le chargement ont lieu. Pour ces travaux, la vitesse du ventilateur est r\u00e9duite de moiti\u00e9. Ces travaux durent au total 180 \u00e0 240\u00a0minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Forte de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de Swedfan, fournisseur de syst\u00e8mes de ventilation pour le march\u00e9 international des tunnels depuis 1990, notre retour d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience sur des centaines de projets de creusement de tunnels utilisant le forage et le dynamitage montre que le ventilateur peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pendant 50 \u00e0 60\u00a0% du temps de construction \u00e0 mi-vitesse. Sachant que le ventilateur ne consomme que 15 % \u00e0 mi-r\u00e9gime, une \u00e9conomie d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de 85 % est possible sur 50 \u00e0 60 % de la dur\u00e9e du creusement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la plupart des tunnels, les \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie r\u00e9alis\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode d\u00e9crite ci-dessus d\u00e9passent le co\u00fbt d&rsquo;investissement des ventilateurs et des gaines pour un m\u00eame projet\u00a0!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"comp-lqc6ijnl2\" class=\"Oqnisf
